Dashboard widgets
Dashboard widgets can be configured - i.e. adjusted layout or specific widget options Following administrator tools are available:
- Internal statistics - checkpoints
- They will display as a chart collected values of selected metric for desired period. For example, the number of orders received and their value. Likewise, additional checkpoints can be displayed, such as number of new customers, number of sent emails, number of vehicle lookups, etc. Some statistical checkpoints also support detailed history for a specific vehicle - these can provide more valuable insights and answer questions such as the number of orders for selected car in the last 2 years. This makes it possible to optimise fleet utilisation.
- Latest orders
- Displays the last received orders with basic information - which vehicle has been ordered, rental dates, order price, etc. It allows administrators to solve them quickly - for example to confirm or reject received orders.
- Next rentals
- Notifies of upcoming car rentals with brief information on order status, rental dates, etc. An administrator can quickly check e.g. whether the vehicle is technically OK or whether the client needs to be contacted.
- Portal health indicators
- This tool tracks selected characteristics of portal stability and order related issues. For example, it will show the number of errors in the application in the last 24 hours, overdue orders, or failed email posts.
- Quick actions
- Help for quick troubleshooting or frequently required operations. For example, it allows deleting fast "cache" memory with a single click after editing CMS content, or to generate actual sitemap for web crawlers.
