Modules extend the basic installation of CarBooker with additional features. The site owner decides himself which functionalities are needed for him. Modules are charged extra to the basic price for the core application.
Available modules
- Invoices
- The "Invoices" module allows to create and store invoices for orders as PDF files. It supports localization into unlimited number of translations (templates), field editing, automatic recalculation of the total price and VAT.
- Car rental contracts
- The "Contracts" module allows to create and store Car Rental Agreements for orders as PDF files. It supports localization into unlimited number of languages (via template) and editing of fields (vehicle and renter data, rental company, deposit, insurance number, etc.).
- CMS content management
- The "CMS Content Management" module allows to add, edit and delete website content. It is optimal solution if the site owner needs complete control over the published content. Supports localization to unlimited number of languages and a blog.
- Paypal - payment gateway
- One of the most widespread payment gateways in the world. It is used by about 10% of customers for online payments in Slovakia. It allows payments by credit card and account creation is free. Paypal charges small fixed fee plus certain percentage down from each transaction (cca 1% - 2%).
- Trustpay - payment gateway
- Slovak provider of multi payment gateway, which allows accepting payments via credit cards as well as via internet banking of major Slovak banks. The process of activation includes verifying the identity of a merchant and signing a contract, after which a merchant account will be created and API credentials will be granted.
- GoPay - payment gateway
- Czech multi-payment provider - allows simultaneous payments both by credit cards and via internet banking of major banks. Process of the activation onvolves verication of merchant identity and signing a contract, after which a merchant account will be created and API credentials granted.
- SMS notifications
- They allow direct communication with the client via SMS messages to the mobile phone. Support for automated workflow, preset notification types, bulk prices starting at 0.026 €.
- Reporting
- Reporting is an auxiliary analytical tool for obtaining an overview of portal performance over time (histogram) allowing to estimate expected business development in the forthcoming period. It allows to combine selection criteria with output in different formats - PDF, MS Excel, CSV.
- Insurance claims
- Management of insurance cases, e.g. car accidents. Details of the culprit driver, damaged vehicle, repair service, etc. In combination with the modules Workflow documents and Digital signature provides complete solution for management of insurance claims and communication with insurance companies.
- Digital signature
- The module "Digital signature" allows inserting the client signature, for example, into the Car Rental Contract. It is an alternative solution in a situation where the customer does not have the opportunity to sign the document by hand on printed paper - for example, when taking over the vehicle out of the office.
- Workflow documents
- The "Workflow documents" module allows creating specific types of documents - e.g. partnership agreements, insurance documentation, etc. In combination with the Insurance cases module, it provides a complete solution for the management of insurance claims. In combination with the Digital signature module it enables the creation of legally binding documents.
- Bulk emails
- The "Mass email" module allows creating and posting an email to a target group of recipients in a short time in accordance with the rules of web hosting, proper SEO management and GDPR rules. Besides the SMS module, it is another important marketing and communication channel with the customer.
