The "Reporting" module is an auxiliary analytical tool for getting an overview of portal performance over time. It allows estimating business development and trending in the forthcoming period.
Selection criteria
Reporting allows to combine and group data from received orders by various criteria and periods into neat graphic outputs. Almost any aspect of development on the portal can be obtained by properly configuring the filters - such as
- rental income (performance) by company office
- determining whether the number of unfinished orders increases or decreases over time
- which administrator concluded the largest number or value of contracts
- which vehicle is rented the most often, or which category accounts for the largest share in turnover
- portal turnover for the past 3 years, 3 quarters, 3 months etc.

Output reports
In addition to the graphical output, report can be downloaded in one of following formats:
- PDF - contains a table with values by period and a chart identical to the one on the page
- Microsoft Excel - contains a table with values by period and a chart generated by Excel
- CSV - this output is a detailed export of all records included. It allows further work with items - analyzing, importing into external analytical tools, creating contingency tables, etc. Generated file can contain thousands of records.
