The "Contracts" module allows to create a Car Rental Agreement in required format (PDF).

The contract is created from localised and editable HTML template and then converted to desired output format - just like Invoices .

Template localization

Allows creating language specific variant - for example, the Contract for English client may require fewer fields than the Slovak version. If the language variant does not have its own template defined, the primary language template (SK) will be used.

Updating template

It allows the administrator to arbitrarily modify the layout of the Contract - e.g. add a paragraph for foreign nationals only. Templates can be edited in Settings .

The Car Rental Contract can be created during the order processing on the "Order Status" tab via the "Generate Contract" button. Consists of two steps:

1. Pre-filling editable fields

In this step, all known values in editable fields are automatically preset, so they can be later edited by administrator - e.g.:

• renter data, eventually details of additional driver - the name, surname, driver license number etc.
• car owner - your company data
• technical parameters of a rented car - make and model, chasis number, tank content and mileage etc.
• number of the car insurance contract (MTPL, accident insurance)
• the amount of the deposit for eventuel car damage

2. Creating the file (PDF)

Clicking the "Save Contract" button will generate contract file (PDF) and store it with the order. The generated Contract can be modified at any time - e.g. if the amount of the deposit changes. Contract can also be deleted, downloaded or attached to an email sent to the client.
